1、SSH进入NBU服务器系统
ip：172.18.1.9
用户名：admin
密码：P@ssw0rd
注意：进入netbackup后台系统，退出到前一个界面，使用return命令。
2、处理步骤
（1）第一步查看

Maintenance Launch maintenance shell. Messages Display the messages file. NBDNA Network traces with NBDNA tool (Select Create or Remove). Nbperfchk Execute the disk IO or network bandwidth check. NBSU Manage NetBackup support data files (Select Create or Remove). Processes Show/control NetBackup and Admin Console processes. Reboot Reboot the system. RecoverStorage View or delete directories backed up during appliance re-image. Return Return to the previous menu. Service Service management. Shell Shell operations. Show Display information. Shutdown Power off the system. Storage Storage data and configuration Test Test the current status of various appliance components.
（2）第二步Maintenance,输入密码

（3）选择保护模式

（2）杀掉干不掉的进程

（3）退出底层重新进入

4、停服务
（1）退出底层重新进入Support-InfraServices

（2）退出InfraServices，进入Processes

--大约等待3-5分钟，停止完成
5、启动服务
（1）退出Processes，进入InfraServices,开启服务
YCZBJTBACKUP.Processes> Return YCZBJTBACKUP.Support> InfraServices Entering InfraServices view...
--开启服务
YCZBJTBACKUP.InfraServices> Start all
（2）退出InfraServices，进入Processes，开启netbackup服务
YCZBJTBACKUP.InfraServices> Return
YCZBJTBACKUP.Support> Processes
Entering Process view...
YCZBJTBACKUP.Processes> NetBackup start

--大约等待30分钟，启动完成，时间比较久
6、查看是否有报错信息
退出系统，重新进入Monitor查看服务状态

二、重启服务器
如果出现netbackup的web服务无法打开，那么只能重启服务器了。
重启方法:
1、进入172.18.1.9底层的linux进行重启（系统重启后，nbu服务自动启动）
2、在控制台192.168.70.150 sysadmin/p@ssw0rd的控制台重启。
